The Power Of Building Up
SCRIPTURE
"Therefore encourage one another and build one another up, just as you are doing." - 1 Thessalonians 5:11 (ESV)

REFLECTION
Our words have the power to build or to tear down. In the family of God, we are called to be master builders. This means being intentional about speaking honest life, hope, and truth to one another. It's more than just a compliment; it's about identifying the work God is doing in someone's life and calling it out. With humility, we remind them of their identity in Christ when they've forgotten. It's celebrating their victories and affirming their giftings. A culture of encouragement, rooted in honesty and humility, is a hallmark of a healthy, thriving spiritual family.
PRAYER
Holy Spirit, guard my tongue. Help me to see the good in others and to be generous with my encouragement. Show me who needs a word of life today, and give me the right words to say to build them up in their faith and purpose. Amen.
TODAY'S STEP
